More Halloween Fun

So, when we went to the Pumpkin Patch and had the Halloween Party we didnt have time or energy to carve the pumpkins. So April, Caleb, Noni, Millie, and I carved pumpkins yesterday. They turned out so great that we had to share. We were amazed at how well Caleb and Noni did carving theirs with only a little help. The key...good pumpkin carving tools and patterns (most of ours came from a website called something like the "pumpkin lady". There is a better website that we used last year but it wasnt working for some reason yesterday. Anyway. . . drum roll please . . .

Camille's is certainly the most intricate one, it probably took her about 2 1/2 hours including cleaning out time, but she enjoyed it, she decided it is her talent! If you are having a hard time seeing what it is, it is three wolves baying in the trees. Wow! I'm impressed!

Love it. I have never dared try such detail. Last year Dan designed his own pumpkin face to spell out star trek which was interesting. We carved last night and tonight. Sam turned his pumpkin into a spider. I will be posting about it in the near future. Thanks for sharing. I'm VERY impressed. Camille this IS a talent! The fact that you have the patience to spend that much time is a talent in itself!
